Data Deletion Instructions

At FactFound.ai, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data and your account at any time, regardless of whether you registered with a traditional email address or through a social authentication provider (Facebook, Google, Apple, GitHub, or others).

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to info@factfound.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
2. In your message, include the following details:
   • Your full name (if applicable).
   • The primary email address or username associated with your FactFound.ai account.
   • If you registered using a social login (Facebook, Google, Apple, GitHub, etc.), please specify which provider you used and provide the email address or user ID associated with that provider.
3. For enhanced security, we may contact you for additional verification to confirm your identity and protect against unauthorized requests.
4. Upon successful verification, our team will process your data deletion request in accordance with applicable global privacy regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and others). Most requests will be completed within 30 days.

What Happens When You Request Data Deletion?

• Your account will be deactivated and all personal information will be permanently erased from FactFound.ai’s active systems.
• All authentication credentials and profile information associated with your social login (Facebook, Google, Apple, GitHub, etc.) or email will be removed.
• Immutable Audit Logs: In accordance with FactFound.ai’s transparency and compliance architecture, certain pseudonymized records may be retained in immutable system audit logs, solely for platform integrity and regulatory compliance. These records do not contain personal identifiers and cannot be used to re-identify you.
• Where retention is required by law (for example, payment or fraud records), only the minimum necessary information will be maintained and securely deleted after the legal requirement expires.
